rawr i need this to look as dolly as possibly.
well this only took forever and a half. established a paper doll/mannequin of a character first so i can draw my ideas onto it -_- there’s more to come. i’m changing the hair for sure, it’s too generic for my liking. i know my character design methods are kinda unorthodox but this is the only way i can make myself produce anything. when april started i suddenly lost whatever confidence i’d tried to build up the last few months. it’s debilitating to say the least, sometimes you just end up staring at a blank canvas all night. trying to move on one stroke at a time, whatever it takes to just keep moving forward…
still trying to get used to drawing these characters for a story :)

trying to revamp a character for a project
4+ hours. Done for a character design challenge. It’s terribly unfinished and there’re a ton of mistakes but it was fun :)
I’ll probably paint a new version once i figure out what to do with her head/shoulders -_-
